PASSATSTAL, LLC has manufactured a distribution lined sludge manifold for Verkhnekamsk Potash Company, JSC.
«Farbacoat Protect» was used to protect the inner surface of the manifold. Lining thickness — 20 mm. The lining thickness on nozzles DN 250, DN 350, DN 450 is not less than 12 mm.
«Farbacoat Vinylester» was used for lining smaller nozzles DN 100, DN 50. Lining thickness — 1 mm.
A combined Farbacoat epoxy-polyurethane protection system was chosen to protect the outer surface of the manifold. The first layer – «Farbacoat Epoxy» (260 μm), the second layer – «Farbacoat Urethane 30» (60 μm).
Transported medium: slurry pulp — a highly concentrated solution of sodium chloride with residual content of unrecovered potassium salts, including insoluble components (sand, clay, etc.).
